How It Works is working for you

digitalartistJust a month after its launch into the science and technology market with How It Works, specialist publisher, Imagine Publishing, is expanding its portfolio once again with Digital Artist magazine.

The magazine, which hits shops on 30 November, is dedicated to the work produced by the digital art community and is filled with artwork that spans all styles, genres and software.

While there are very few big launches hitting the newsstand, specialist publishers (along with children’s publishers, naturally) are helping to keep the magazine market fresh and should be applauded for doing so.

Of course, niche titles such as Digital Artist are never likely to set the magazine world alight, but they can pull in new customers or entice regulars to pick up an extra magazine. And it’s this type of customer who is, traditionally, very loyal.

We’ll have to wait and see how well this new title is received, but giving it a try in your shop in the first step to helping it succeed.
