Paul & Gail are obsessed with customer service. They were inspired after a brilliant customer experience at Marks & Spencer’s and became determined to ensure their service met the same high standard.

Now, all staff are involved in shaping their process. They’ve updated their top 10 “turn on and turn offs” and have a Wallace & Gromit ‘cracking service’ wall chart which staff members can use to recognise when other team members provide excellent customer service.

Paul & Gail continually learn and strive to improve their methods.
