Who should attend the Local Shop Summit?
Independent shop owners and managers with decision making authority. You should be looking to take your business forward through actionable advice and innovative tips from industry experts and trusted partners.

Where will the Local Shop Summit take place?
The Local Shop Summit 2018 will take place at Twickenham Stadium, London. Coffee and registration begin at 10:30am and the keynote session takes place at 11:15am. This is a full-day event, concluding with dinner and drinks.

How much does it cost?
The event is free to attend as it is funded by our partners. In return you are expected to play a full part in the day, participating in panel discussions and spending time with appropriate suppliers.

Is there a dress code?
Yes, please come in business dress (shirt and smart jeans/trousers/skirt or a dress are perfect)

Do you cover travel expenses?
You need to cover your own travel expenses. We suggest organising/booking travel as soon as your place in confirmed to keep costs to a minimum.

I can’t make it, is there another way I can take part?
Yes! We’ll be live blogging and tweeting from the Summit throughout the day so be sure to keep an eye on betterRetailing.com/lss and follow the hashtag #LSS18 on Twitter.
