In 2013, Andrew co-founded Heart in Business to encourage the shift from an obsession with profit towards a focus on growing people and business for a better society. Over the 13 years since its inception, Thornton’s Budgens has led the way in sustainability, most recently becoming the first UK supermarket (and the second in the world) to launch plastic-free zones.
