A retailer was celebrated for his community efforts on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway last month.
Fed member Sheraz Awan, of Westerhope Convenience Store in Newcastle upon Tyne, got a surprise visit from a TV crew highlighting how he had given more than 150,000 loaves of bread away in the past two years to support residents.
The retailer and his family were given a holiday to Florida by the TV show in recognition of their hard work.
