CCEP launches more diverse retailer panel

The panel on 22 May included a husband and wife retailer duo, alongside a mother and her newly-born baby

Coca Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) held its first refreshed independent retailer panel, designed to represent improved diversification across all backgrounds and genders.

The panel held on 22 May had 17 retailers, including a father and son, husband and wife and a female retailer with a baby. Commenting on what was discussed on the day, CCEP GB associate director (convenience and wholesale), Steve Marks told RN: “Retailers attended from different geographical locations, fascias, gender, family backgrounds and generations.

“The group shared valuable, well thought-out viewpoints across a variety of topics including activation in outlets, innovation, digital platforms, communications, category and merchandising support and best practice across the sector which will feed into a number of projects in our business.”
