Bestway partners with Airbnb key collection company KeyNest to attract more footfall to stores

Participating stores can hold Airbnb keys for collection

Bestway is helping retailers attract more footfall into their stores through a new partnership with Airbnb key collection company KeyNest.

As part of the new relationship, those who have rented an Airbnb hotel near a participating shop can collect their keys from the store. Online company Airbnb specialises in the rental of accommodation for people on vacation or on business trips. The accommodation is not a standard hotel, and is instead either a flat or house.

Bestway retailers who participate in the scheme hold the keys in their shop. To give the Airbnb key to the customer, the retailer must ask for a collection code and approve the handover by either scanning a keyfob or entering another code.

Commenting on the partnership, Bestway Retail head of trials Phil Turner, said: “It’s great that Bestway Retail have partnered with KeyNest, who are a great company holding Airbnb keys for collection, which brings in high value basket spend customers to our stores.”
