Imperial Tobacco launches RYO brand Riverstone

Imperial Tobacco’s new roll-your-own (RYO) brand, Riverstone, is designed to appeal to shoppers looking for tobacco products that offer value for money.

Riverstone will be available from 3 October to retailers in 30g and 50g packs, at RRPs of £10 and £16.50, respectively.

Jamie Burns-Smith, Riverstone brand manager at Imperial Tobacco, said: “Smokers are continuing to switch from cigarettes to RYO products that are perceived to offer increased value for money.”

Imperial has also announced that GV Smooth Bright Yellow will be renamed Golden Virginia Yellow, with new stock rolling out in the coming months.
