Hippeas Organic Chickpea Puffs has partnered with Veganuary in a new campaign featuring celebrity ambassadors.

The campaign features Capital FM’s Roman Kemp, Wicked Healthy’s Derek Sarno and TV celebrity Lucy Watson, talking about why people across the UK should give Veganuary a chance.

Launched in the UK in January 2014, Veganuary is a registered charity that encourages people to try being vegan for a month in January, and throughout the rest of the year.

Since its formation, participant numbers have doubled year on year, with 168,500 people from across the world taking part in 2018.

Veganuary’s growth reflects interest in veganism in the UK, with research estimating that 7% of the UK population now identifying as vegan.
