Snacking brand Profusion brand has announced the launch of a new plant-protein based snacking range, available to retailers from June.
Profusion nut crunch mixes come in variants Roasted & Salted and Roasted Tamari at an RRP of £2.99. They combine soybeans, cashews and almonds and deliver 12g of protein per pack, with no artificial additives, emulsifiers or seed oils.

Meanwhile, the organic protein cakes are made from lentil and chickpea and are available at an RRP of £2.49. The lentil cakes provide 25% more protein and nearly four times more fibre per serving than traditional rice cakes, while the chickpea cakes deliver nearly twice the protein and over two and a half times the fibre of rice cakes. Both products are made with organic certified ingredients, and contain no additives, preservatives or fillers.
