Pork Farms has expanded its food-to-range with the launch of Mini Melton Mowbray Pork Pies, now available to convenience retailers.

The launch comes as Pork Farms reports strong value growth of +10% and volume growth of +3%, outperforming the total pork pie category, said the supplier.

Each pie is made with uncured, coarsely chopped pork for a rich texture and is combined with hand-formed pastry that is baked free-standing without a mould, with the signature bow shape filled with jelly for added flavour and freshness.
