Elfbar and Lost Mary have released a two-page guide to help retailers answer frequent customer questions about switching from disposable vapes to reusable options.

The guide is tailored so shop staff can help adult smokers and ex-smokers, as well as people who used disposable vapes before their ban, by addressing common questions about their Elfbar 600 Prefilled Pod Kit and Lost Mary BM600 Prefilled Pod Kit.

These include questions about setup, recharging, replacing pods and flavour options.
