I go to the local farmers’ market every month to see what’s being produced locally and get ideas.  One of the best ranges I’ve found is from 19 Gales bakery, which produce butterfly cakes, cupcakes and sausage rolls, among other things.  Theyare good value, price marked products and I make a 40% margin. Now the producer tells his customers that I’m stocking them and I’ve tripled my takings!
