Booker is set to launch a new fresh and frozen food brochure, designed to help independent retailers maximise opportunities in one of the fastest-growing areas of convenience retail.
The brochure will highlight standout lines across Booker’s Retail Partners’ (BRP) fresh and frozen ranges, including own-brand products such as Jack’s.
Key sections will also cover:

- Frozen Bread
- Cooked Meats
- Cheese
- Frozen Vegetables
- Fresh Fruit
Retailers will also have the opportunity to explore a broader selection, including fruit and nuts, deli, eggs, fish, fresh herbs, salads and vegetables, juices and smoothies.
With fresh and frozen categories playing an increasingly important role in footfall and customer loyalty, the brochure will provide category insights on market trends and consumer behaviour, alongside merchandising tips and examples of in-store success.
Colm Johnson, Booker’s retail managing director, said: “We know that fresh and frozen products are essential for today’s shopper – whether that’s great quality produce for tonight’s dinner or frozen essentials for the week ahead. This brochure will help our retail partners unlock that potential with confidence, using fantastic products, strong value and clear guidance. It’s about helping retailers make the most of what the market is telling us customers want more of.”
