Re “The Weekly Poll” – the question is too one dimensional. Of course legitimate tobacco sales will fall once banned in shops. But overall consumption will rise due to contraband and counterfeit cigarettes swarming the market. Tourist area shops will especially be hit as tourists will expect to see cigarettes on display – if they can`t they wont enquire.
