The Independent Achievers Academy is a business development and recognition programme for independent retailers. The Academy In Action see leading suppliers visit retailers stores to offer advice on how to improve their stores. This week Melanie Mills, the Communications Manager from JTI visited Jatin and Sushma Patel.
After seeing the store she said “its hard to see where Jatin and Sushma can make improvements in terms of responsible retailing. Their tolerance and interaction with locals is clear to see, and they clearly put their customers at the heart of their store. Ongoing refresher training and keeping an eye on upcoming legislation will help them keep up their high standards.”
