Spot the thief

Take a close look at this image and see if you can spot the potential thief in the shop. Chinese artist Liu Bolin’s ‘camouflage artwork’ could well be the most ingenious disguise for a budding thief that we’ve seen on betterRetailing. Not even the best CCTV system will spot Bolin, famous for painting himself into various famous and everyday scenes, and nicknamed the invisible man.

Bolin has two assistants who meticulously paint him, sometimes for up to ten hours, while he stands extremely still. Of course, in this photograph, should he get hungry, he can’t help himself to any of the food he’s surrounded by, lest he ruin the photograph!

You can take a look at more of Bolin’s artwork here.
