Could Ozzy Osbourne make you money next month?

Following the success of Classic Rock Presents: Slash earlier in the year, where fans received the debut solo album of former Velvet Revolver and Guns ‘n’ Roses guitarist Slash, its publisher Future Publishing has applied the concept to another of its music titles.

On 16 August the first Metal Hammer Presents: Ozzfest will hit the newsstand, devoted to the Prince of Darkness Ozzy Osbourne. The title is a one-off collectable issue celebrating the triumphant return of Ozzfest, Sharon and Ozzy’s world famous travelling metal festival to the UK for the first time in over five years.  Along with exclusive content it will come with a collectable Ozzfest 2010 pin badge and an Ozzy Osbourne ‘Scream’ mousemat, not available elsewhere.

Although its cover price may not be as high as the £14.99 Slash special, if you have the customer base to sell it, this title, priced at £7.99, could still earn you a considerable sum.
